    Kundalini Yoga

    Teaching for the last 8 years she embeds African and Eastern lineages through her inclusive approach to this ancient practice.

    With 10 years experience, Francesca’s diverse performance background incorporates theatre, dance, film and physical theatre in professional theatres and communities through collaborations with esteemed artists/companies.

    Francesca’s experience training and working in theatre spaces across South Africa and the UK offers her a unique perspective on the role of movement across various creative projects.

    Dance Education/ Teaching

    Through 10 years of diverse teaching and facilitation across a plethora of spaces and artistic practices, Francesca’s teaching pedagogy is inclusive and empowering.
